Sales Manager BENEFRA (M/F)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Manager BENEFRA (M/F).

Your profile

  • You hold a degree in a technical or commercial field and have a strong affinity with the construction sector
  • You have relevant sales experience, preferably in a technical project environment
  • You have good knowledge of the construction market and have already built a solid network
  • You have a broad technical interest and knowledge of civil engineering techniques
  • The client always comes first, and you enjoy developing new business relationships
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for sales in Belgium, the Netherlands and France
  • You prospect new clients and develop and maintain existing relationships
  • You visit clients in your region
  • Customer proximity is at the heart of your role: you are involved in projects from A to Z and remain the client’s main point of contact throughout the project
  • You have a high degree of autonomy to organise your work and shape your role
