VILLAGE ENERGIE PROJECT
👉 Construction of all the structural works for the anaerobic digestion unit: the pump room between tanks, the storage and incorporation building, the weighbridge, the flare foundation, the foundations for the gas upgrading unit and the boiler, the slurry channel, and the washing area.
📐 The project also includes the construction of retaining walls reaching over 7 metres in height.
ECOFROST Project
👉 Construction of a 90-meter-long settling basin, made of reinforced concrete walls 5 meters high and 40 centimeters thick.
This project presented two major challenges:
⏱️ A tight schedule requiring rigorous and optimized site organization.
📐 A confined workspace demanding precise coordination of teams and supplies.
ALKERN Project
👉 Construction of a retention basin with a height of 5.5 meters and a capacity of 250 m³.
📐 An essential structure for the site’s hydraulic management.
The design took into account the peripheral storage constraints, with particular attention paid to the stability, watertightness, and durability of the structure.
