Your mission

As part of our growth, we are looking for a technical draughtsman for buildings and structures to strengthen our technical team.

Reporting to the technical director, you are responsible for producing the plans and technical drawings needed to prepare and carry out our projects.

You hold a two- or three-year higher education degree in construction, technical drawing or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience
Ideally, you have at least 2 years of experience as a technical draughtsman in a design office or in the concrete, steel construction or structures sector
You are proficient in producing reinforcement and execution drawings, as well as reinforcement schedules and bar bending schedules
You have solid technical knowledge of reinforcement, formwork and concrete structures, and a good understanding of the practical constraints on site
You are familiar with Peri and/or Doka formwork systems
You master one or more CAD software packages. Experience with 3D modelling is an asset.
You work independently, accurately and in a structured way
You are proactive and communicate easily with colleagues and site teams
You are fluent in French and English. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.

Produce setting-out, formwork, reinforcement and execution drawings for concrete structures
Develop reinforcement details, including reinforcement cages, welded mesh, reinforcement schedules and bar bending schedules
Draw up order lists for reinforcing steel and formwork materials based on the technical drawings
Where needed, create 3D models and visualisations to support the design and technical execution of structures
Work closely with the design, project management and site teams to develop technically feasible solutions
Check that drawings comply with technical studies, calculations and execution requirements
Update and optimise drawings throughout the various project phases, while helping to improve our design methods and technical tools
